Consumer-Directed Services
Consumer-Directed Services (CDS) is a Medicaid funded program that allows disabled individuals to receive assistance with Activities of Daily Living in the comfort of their own home. The program is free to the Consumer, and our agency ensures the caregiver is paid. The best part is the Consumer can choose a friend or family member they trust to be their caregiver. The Consumer is the BOSS and directs their own care with our support!
In-Home Health Services
In-Home Services is a Medicaid funded program that allows elderly, people with developmental, physical, and intellectual disabilities, and mental illnesses in need of care to receive assistance with advanced care, nurse visits and more at home, as opposed to a nursing facility.
Adult Day Care
We provide a full day program for adults in a safe and welcoming environment. Our participants enjoy meaningful activities, social interaction and supportive resources that promote independence and quality of life.
